"The easiest way to predict the future is to invent it."
The future holds a lot of challenges for the photography business. But challenges make every single day a milestone to provide our services best. In 2001, we made the Digital Storybook to give life to the usual "album and pictures" memorabilia by enhancing it with graphic design to give the photos an exceptional look. The Digital Storybook progressed and became a trend in wedding photography.

Dino Lara Photography will continue to evolve as the challenges, as well as the opportunities, are boundless.
The Man Behind The Camera: Dino Lara
Before following his ultimate passion in life, Dino Lara was in the Telecommunications Industry for ten years doing product development and management. Although he worked in the corporate world, Dino's artistic nature has always been evident. From 1995 to 1996, he was into painting with watercolor and oil paints. He shifted to photography after battling with his curiosity in it and photography's nature of being an expensive hobby. When he discovered this newfound passion, he found himself printing 2 rolls of film per week. Through the years, he realized his interest in people and event photography and in traditional black and white darkroom printing.
His interest in photography acted like a whilrlwind and brought him to a whole new world. After exploring his new passion for years, Dino Lara became a full-time wedding photographer in the year 2000. His inborn creativity gave way to a masterpiece, the Digital Storybook which he pioneered in the year 2001. He used Graphic Design in wedding albums and started the trend. Now, the Digital Storybook is widely popular and is now a standard in wedding albums.
Being a fan of happy moments, he believes that a wedding is the best event for happy moments. He doesn't just take photographs, but he tries to make a connection through them just like what movies and music aim for. He strives to make his work to be INVOLVING to anyone who sees it.
The famous photographer Ansel Adams has influenced him, but he made sure his craft has its own flavor because he mixed it with digital technology. Though it sounded too modern, his style is very conservative as black and white if one would carefully examine his work.
For him, a good photograph should communicate a message or a story to the viewer. He does this through composition, color, balance and focus among others. Although one good photograph is not enough. He believes that an event such that of a wedding should have a series of good photographs that are connected to convey the story. Complete with mood and emotions. In other words, the album should answer what happened, who were there, and what they looked like, all in a classy and elegant way.
Starting from just a simple hobby to a successful career, he became fully committed to it. It is not just taking shots. Professionalism, business and economics, marketing and financial planning play a significant role in what he is doing. His creativity allowed him to input his style through the mandatory requirements of the business. All these skills make him impossible to be a one hit wonder. A man who thinks long-term innovatively.
